Only 1 reported auction this week as other locations had too few cattle to justify reporting or they cancelled their auction due to the winter storm that moved through the area. Demand remains very good, for both cattle to make yearlings of and for those bigger cattle bound for finishing yards. Cash fed cattle last week up to 215.00 again, in spite of the CME Live Cattle futures being 5.00 to 6.00 under the cash. Cattle feeders are feeling bullish again as the summer months of the futures moved above 200.00.
