A grain report is a grid of bids — what elevators are offering to pay, quoted per bushel and on basis against a named futures month, at each delivery point in each trading region of the state. USDA files the day-over-day move and the year-ago price itself, so nothing on these pages is our arithmetic. Units are not uniform across a report and are never blended.
