Compared to last week feeders sold uneven from 2.00 lower to 2.00 higher. The supply of feeders was moderate to heavy despite the first real taste of winter weather which made transportation a bit difficult early week. Demand for feeders was good. As of this report futures markets are slightly lower for the week. Boxed beef cutouts are higher as of Thursdays close with choice up 1.94 at 241.06 and select up 2.58 at 215.84 compared to last Friday. Light to moderate feedlot trade took place on Wednesday and Thursday with live sales reported from 114.00 to 116.50 mostly at 115.00 and dressed sale mostly at 182.00. Friday’s Missouri Stocker Formula consists of 6369 head with a weighted average of 547.53 lbs. and a price value of 152.97, which is 0.88 lower than last Friday.
