Compared to last week steers less than 800 lbs sold mostly 10.00 higher, instances 20.00 higher. Over 800 lbs sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher. Heifers less than 700 lbs sold mostly 10.00 to 15.00 higher, over 700 lbs sold 5.00 to 8.00 higher. Slaughter steers and heifers sold steady to 1.00 higher. These sales happened before the big jump in the market on Friday. Slaughter cows sold 3.00 to 5.00 higher except breaker cows sold steady. Demand was good after the weather straighten out from last week snow.
