Compared to last week: Feeder steers steady to 5.00 lower, heifers 2.00 to 6.00 lower. Good demand for this nice offering of feeder steers and heifers. A lighter offering than last week's large BBQ feeder sale, the market was active but overall quality not quite as attractive as the cattle last week. Flesh condition of yearlings ranged from moderate to heavy. Big strings of yearlings offered, in full loads and multiple load lots. Many smaller packages as well. No sale next week due to Memorial Day.
