Different weight classes than last week so an accurate price trend can not be developed. Very good demand for today's light offering featuring many loads and a few packages of mostly finishing type cattle. Cattle were both back grounded and home raised, many colored cattle on offer. Cattle were clean hided and attractive in quality, flesh condition mostly moderate to moderate plus. An active market with mostly order buyers in attendance today. This sale ended before the release of the cattle on feed report but the board was lower at the time of this writing. This area saw a few inches of snow last night and a larger system is forecasted for the weekend into early next week with snowfall expected to be over a foot. No sale next week due to Good Friday, next feeder cattle sale is Friday, April 5. Happy Easter!!
