No sale last week due to Labor Day. Compared to two weeks ago: best test on steers 850 to 999 lbs 3.00 to 6.00 higher. Heifers not well compared. Good to very good demand for today's yearling offering. Less strings than we have seen in recent week and more loads and packages, with everything coming off grass. Flesh condition mostly light to moderate with lots of attractive quality cattle to choose from. An active market with many buyers in the seats today. Some silage harvest has started in the area. Much of the country got rain again this week, things still look pretty green for this time of year. Next feeder cattle sale is Friday, September 15.
