As filed

Compared to last sale: Feeder steers and heifers were all scarcely tested this week thus no trend is available. Demand was mostly light to moderate on very light offerings. Market activity was slow. Weigh up cows sold on mostly moderate demand for heavy offerings. Packers purchased slaughter cows on moderate demand. Most of the cow offering was destined to feed this week as feeding buyers showed good demand for all classes and ages of cows. Feeding cow buyers purchased some cows away from packer buyers this week as they showed strong demand to fill loads especially late in the sale. Slaughter cows sold generally steady compared to two weeks ago. Feeding cows sold mostly 1.00-2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold on mostly moderate demand for very heavy offerings. Bull quality this week was attractive to very attractive and bulls offered better weigh up conditions than two weeks ago. Slaughter bulls sold steady to weak, with the exception of fed bulls which sold mostly 2.00 higher. Young age cows suitable to re-breed sold on light to moderated demand. These offerings sold steady to weak compared to two weeks ago.
