Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to the last sale four weeks ago, steers and heifers sold sharply higher. The day really started with a bang, selling several straight pot loads right out of the gate. All weights and classes benefitted from some big gains, the truest comparison being the yearling load lots trading a full 27.00 to 29.00 higher. Supply moderate, demand very good.
