Compared to the last sale two weeks ago, load lots of backgrounded yearling steers sold 6.00 to 7.00 higher, other weights not recently tested. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 higher. Another hot week at the local barn with prices once again setting record highs. Several stick out prices, including 5 loads of Rockin' R steers, with one load averaging over 2900.00/head. Supply moderate, demand very good.
