A sunny day in the Ozarks brought out a large crowd of buyers and sellers at the Ozarks Regional Stockyard's December Special Replacement Cow and Bull Auction on Saturday. Demand was good on a heavy supply which included several large packages of high quality bred cows and pairs. The last sale of the year for ORS brought the yearly total for Replacements to 46,847 head. This was 7.7 percent lower than the 50,760 head a year ago but 11.7 percent higher than the 5 year average of 41,925 head.
