Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold mostly steady but a few spots were 5.00 lower than the highs reached last week. Demand was good to very good for the groups and loads of high quality yearlings offered and moderate for calves with a few extra buyers in the seats this week. Supply was moderate. Slaughter cows sold mostly 5.00-7.00 lower, spots 10.00 lower as slaughter plants are over run with cows and demand was light.
