Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher and bulls sold 8.00 higher. Demand was good with quite a few buyers bidding on feeding cows. Very dry conditions continue across the trade area. Cattlemen continue to cut back on stocking rates as they down size there herds hoping to keep their main cut of cow/calf pairs on the range.
