Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold fully steady. Slaughter cows sold 3.00 to 6.00 higher and bulls steady. Demand was good for all offerings. Quite a few cattlemen have been looking for summer grass cattle as either pairs or yearlings. Warmer temps across the region allowing hay producers to get first cutting of alfalfa mowed and baled.
