Compared to last week feeder steers and heifers under 650 lbs sold mostly steady, steers over 650 lbs 3.00-8.00 higher, heifers over 650 lbs 2.00 higher; slaughter and feeder cows steady to 4.00 higher, slaughter bulls steady to 2.00 higher. Nice offerings of bred heifers and cows with an active market and good demand noted for all ages of bred cows. Compared to two weeks ago the bred heifers and young bred cows sold with a lower undertone, while the middle aged and aged cows sold with a higher undertone, All bred cows were pre-tested for age, pregnancy, bangs vaccination.
