Demand good for all classes as receipts were shortened due to the extreme cold and snow that moved across the state this week. First special bred cow sale of the fall at Torrington Livestock with some complete dispersals offered with moderate demand noted. Riverton Livestock Auction will continue to sell load-lot feeder cattle every Tuesday, however, the slaughter cows and bulls will sell on Friday through the fall run. That Friday sale will not be reported or included in this report.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
Source: USDA AMS, as filed — nothing recomputed and nothing rounded. This summary aggregates the same sales the Wyoming barn reports cover, so it must never be added to a state total built from those barns.
