*For Nass* 4,051 cows and bulls sold this week with 58 percent going to packers. Last week: 4,087 cows and bulls sold with 64 percent going to packers. Last year: 4,208 cows and bulls sold with 44 percent going to packers.

Compared to last week: Combined weighted average for 7 auctions: Ada, Apache, McAlester, Oklahoma City, OKC West, Tulsa and Woodward. Feeder steers sold mostly steady to 2.00 lower. Feeder heifers steady to 2.00 higher. Demand moderate to good for feeder cattle and moderate for calves. Steer calves steady to 2.00 lower and heifer calves steady to 1.00 lower. A cold front has made its way slowly across the state this week bringing snow, sleet, and rain to different areas. Another cold front is expected next week with possible snow chances. Buyers remain wary of calves weaned under 60 days. Slaughter cows mostly 3.00-10.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 2.00-8.00 lower. Demand light for cows and bulls after last week's large runs.
