Compared to last week steers under 800 lbs sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher, over 800 lbs steady to 2.00 lower. Heifers under 700 lbs sold 1.00 to 5.00 higher and over 700 lbs steady on a thin comparison. Demand was good for feeders and cow/calf pairs with moderate demand for summer calving cows. Light to moderate thunderstorms across the state with some hail in various areas causing damage to all in its path. Nebraska feedlots sold cash sales 1.00 lower on live at 139.00 and dressed sales mostly 1.00 lower at 222.00.
