Compared to the previous week feeder steers and heifers sold generally steady at the Friday sales late in the week, however, prices were sharply lower after the CME board closed limit lower Monday and Tuesday with steers and heifers 2.00-8.00 lower, instances 10.00-13.00 lower. Demand was moderate to good with majority of the offerings yearlings coming off grass. Nebraska feedlot trade slow to develop again this week with some trade taking Wednesday and Thursday. Live sales traded at 105.00-106.00 and dressed 165.00-172.00.
