Only 1 reported auction this week, as the marketing season winds down. Very good demand for this light offering as the cash fed cattle market shot back up to into the 180s in the north and the cattle futures contracts finally rallied. Grass is growing and looking good across the state, rains have been timely and it looks to be a good grazing and haying season. Much optimism for the fall marketing season as the Feeder Cattle futures are nearing 250.00.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
Source: USDA AMS, as filed — nothing recomputed and nothing rounded. This summary aggregates the same sales the North Dakota barn reports cover, so it must never be added to a state total built from those barns.
