Feeder heifers under 600 lbs sold 6.00 to 11.00 lower; 600 to 700 lbs steady to 1.00 lower; over 700 lbs 4.00 to 9.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold 5.00 to 6.00 lower. Demand overall was moderate to good. Compared to last week, fed slaughter steers and heifers in the feedyards sold 1.00 higher at 142.00. The hay market remained mostly steady on good demand.
