Compared to last week, Winter Livestock in Dodge City held their anniversary feeder special with a two-day sale selling over 13,500 Feeder Steers and Heifers, also a heavier supply coming out of Pratt and Salina , KS. When Comparing to last weeks light test, Feeder Steers sold steady to 2.00 higher and Feeder Heifers sold 3.00 to 6.00 higher. Demand was very good. Slaughter cows not enough comparison for an accurate market trend, Higher undertone noted. Slaughter Bulls sold 2.00 higher. Compared to last week, fed slaughter steers and heifers in the feedyard sold 1.00 higher at 121.00. Hay market prices remain mostly steady for alfalfa and steady for grass hay.
