Compared to last week, steers and heifers under 700 lbs sold 9.00 to 15.00 higher; over 700 lb steers sold 4.00 to 8.00 higher and heifers over 700 lbs sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Demand was good to very good with best demand on calves suitable for grazing. No recent price comparison on slaughter steers and heifers, however a lower undertone noted in feedlot sales.
