Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week; steer calves traded mostly steady to weak on a lighter offering with the exception of a 600 to 700 lb steer trading 3.00 to 6.00 lower. Heifer calves also trading steady with the exception of 600- 650 lb heifer trading higher than last week. A smaller offering on all classes and weights of cattle today but still an active market with the majority of the bidding coming from the seats. Sale again next Wednesday.
