Heavy run for this week's Graded Special sale, bettering last year's sale of the same week by 300 head. Ample demand for the offering despite moderate buyer attendance. Compared to last week's regional reports for neighboring States the lighter end of the Steers was selling up to $25 per cwt higher while demand lowered for the heavier end. Similar trend with a lower variance for Heifers were the lighter end was $3-$7 per cwt higher while lowering inversely with weight breaks. A lot of local interest in the lighter Feeders to go back on pasture then winter over and stock graze next Summer--ample pasturage reported with wetter than average conditions for N. Central WV pushing this trend as well.
