Heavier run than last Graded Special Sale by over 100 head. Quality of the offering follows the trend of the last two sales with the percent of #1 muscled calves making up 76% of the run compared to 79% on the last sale and 80% on the first sale. Demand slightly lower but not equally across the board with both dealer interest as well as farmer interest to fill up Winter feeding programs firming up the trend. Feeder Steers sold slightly lower on the heavier and lighter ends of the run by $4.50 per cwt while 5 weights saw an increase by $10-$11.50 per cwt while the same weight breaks averaged 10 pounds less today. Feeder Heifers sold $7-$15 lower while averaging the same weights, however, 5 weights followed a flatter trend of $2-$7 per cwt lower. No market test on Feeder Bulls; but more head offered today and were pursued with local interest, selling $25-$30 under Steers of similar weight and type.
