As filed

Compared to last Thursday, not enough stocker or feeder cattle for accurate trends. Most offerings small lots and singles with light buyer attendance. CME Feeder cattle futures are up triple digits into the midday quotes. August futures are up the most on a 1.9% gain of $3.25. There is a still $5.75 carry from August to November. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was $153.36 on 5/31, back up by 14 cents. Slaughter cows 7.00-8.00 higher. Slaughter bulls firm in a light test. As supplies remain scarce. Trade very active with very good demand.
