No trends due to holiday last week and market not reported. Higher undertone was noted on calves that where weaned and double vaccinated. CME Feeder cattle ended the Thursday session with a 5 cent giveback in Jan, but otherwise 42 to 50 cent gains. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was26 cents lower on 12/1 at $161.34. Slaughter cows firm. Slaughter bulls weak. Trade active with good demand and good buyer attendance both ringside and on the internet. Weekly Export Sales data showed 21,644 MT of beef was booked during the week that ended 11/25. That was up from 19.3k last week, but under the 25-wk high 25.4k sold two weeks ago. However, another 10,400 MT was sold for 2022 delivery.
