Very little premium seen for No Implant cattle, hide color did not matter either. Discounts on cattle weighing 1600 lbs plus were not evident, as packers are willing to tolerate a heavy carcass to get the high quality grades they desire.
Best comparison of slaughter lambs were those of traditional slaughter weights, steady to 2.00 higher. Good demand for this very large offering of slaughter lambs.
