Compared to the sale last week: CME live cattle futures continue to be positive. Both Choice slaughter steers and Choice slaughter heifers were 2.00-4.00 higher. Not enough dairy steers for comparison. Many loads of both steers and heifers in the offering today. Good demand throughout the sale. Slaughter cows: Breaker cows steady today. Limited number of boner and lean cows for comparison. Not enough bulls for comparison.

Slaughter sheep: Lambs in the 100 lb range were sharply higher than last week. Heavier lambs, 150 lbs 5.00 higher. Slaughter ewes 5.00-10.00 higher.
