Compared to the sale last week: Choice slaughter steers were mostly steady to 1.00 higher. Choice slaughter heifers mostly steady to 1.00 lower. Not enough dairy steers for comparison. Many load lots in the offering today. Good demand throughout the sale. Big slaughter cow sale today, as there wasn't one on Monday. Slaughter cows: Breaker cows were 3.00 higher. Boner cows 1.00 higher. Lean cows steady to 1.00 lower. Slaughter bulls were steady.

Slaughter sheep: Slaughter lambs in the 100 lb range were 1.00 higher today. Slaughter ewes were limited in numbers today, no comparison. Large consignment of bred ewes today. Another large run expected next week.
