Compared to last week Feeder Steers 450 to 550 4.00 to 8.00 higher, 550 to 600 4.00 higher, 600 to 700 8.00 to 10.00 higher, Feeder Heifers 450 to 550 5.00 to 8.00 higher, 600 to 650 5.00 higher, 850 to 900 Steady. Very Good Demand for Several Long Strings and Many Load Lots and Packages which sold on a Strong, Active Market. There were lots of buyers in the seats consisting of the regular crown in addition to several order buyers and farmer feeders who do not regularly attend. Nearly the entire Offering consisted of Spring Born Calves coming straight off the cow, carrying Light to Moderate Flesh, were clean, open haired cattle and had both Spring and Fall vaccinations. The Next Feeder Cattle Sale is October 22, Expecting 5,500 Head.
