More flesh on the cattle than last week, the majority of the calves this week were long time weaned and had seen some feed. Quality varied, but overall quality more attractive than last week. More loads on offer, including loads of replacement quality heifers, many of these were Red Angus. A moderate to active market seen for this offering. Winter weather in the southern part of the state and in to neighboring states today which could limit shipping options. Next feeder cattle sale is Thursday, January 26.
