Compared to last week: best test on steers 850 to 950 lbs and 1001 to 1050 lbs mostly steady 951 to 1000 lbs 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Best test on heifers 900 to 950 lbs 4.00 to 5.00 higher. Moderate to good demand for today's offering of packages and loads. Flesh today mostly moderate to moderate plus, less flesh overall on the cattle than last week. Quality varied, but mostly average to attractive. A moderate to active market seen for today's offering. Very warm and windy conditions have really dried things out this past week. There is a chance of rain tonight which would be welcome. Many producers have their first cutting alfalfa up. Next feeder sale is Wednesday, June 24.
