Compared to last week: best test on steers 850 to 950 lbs mostly steady with instances up to 6.00 higher on 850 to 900 lbs. 1000 to 1050 lbs 3.00 lower. Best test on heifers 800 to 850 lbs mostly steady, 851 to 900 lbs 3.00 to 4.00 lower. Moderate to good demand for today's offering which featured mostly strings and loads of finishing type cattle in flesh from moderate plus to heavy. Quality was similar to last week's strings and loads with many attractive quality cattle to choose from. An active market today with slightly less buyers and producers attending today's sale than seen last week. The weather remains favorable and some haying has started in the area. Next feeder cattle sale is next Wednesday, June 26.
