As filed

First reported sale in recent weeks so no price trend is available. Good to very good demand for quite a few yearlings selling today, almost all in strings and loads. Quality varied quite a bit on yearlings, from plain to attractive. Good to very good demand for a nice calf offering. Many packages and a handful of loads of calves, all home raised. Most were weaned and had vaccinations. Flesh varied on calves but mostly moderate to moderate plus. An active market with buyers ready to get cattle bought after the long holiday break. Mild temperatures continue in the area, some mud in pens and yards but still nice, low stress conditions for livestock. Next feeder cattle sale is Friday, January 16.
