Too light an offering this week to compare to last week and develop an accurate price trend. Good to very good demand for this light offering featuring several loads and a handful of packages. Cattle fitting into grass programs continue to be very sought after as turn out time is right around the corner. Mostly moderate to moderate plus on the cattle today. Quality varied, especially on packages, from plain to attractive. An active market with the normal order buyers and farmer feeders attending the sale. Some areas could see showers this weekend with warmer temperatures finally expected for next week. Next feeder cattle sale is Friday, May 5. The annual Birthday Sale is coming up on Friday, May 12.
