A special yearling sale today, too few yearlings sold on Friday to compare to today's large offering and develop an accurate price trend. A large offering of yearlings today selling in strings and loads with good to very good demand. Flesh mostly moderate to moderate plus with some heavy flesh at times. Mostly average to attractive quality in loads and strings, some plainer cattle in some of the packages. An active market with less order buyers than usual since this is not a normal sale day for the barn. Regular feeder cattle sale Friday, December 9, expecting more yearlings and about 2500 calves.
