As filed

Compared to last week: steers 900 to 950 lbs mostly steady, 951 to 1050 lbs 3.00 to 6.00 higher. Very good demand for yearlings again this week. The majority of today's offering consisted of steers off grass selling in strings and loads. Quality and flesh similar to last week, average to attractive quality and light to moderate flesh condition. An active market with many buyers attending the sale and competing for cattle, many times buying multiple loads when offered. Another week without most of the area seeing moisture and some crops are showing stress. Next feeder cattle sale is Friday, August 29.
