A big run of feeder cattle and replacement heifers for todays auction. Good to very good demand for todays offering that consisted of mostly home raised fall calves, backgrounded feeders and replacement heifers. An active market on all classes with order buyers and farmer feeders competing with internet buyers. Several strings of front end replacement heifers garnered plenty of interest with the winning bidder giving over $4,300 per head for some top notch heifers. Flesh condition ranged from light fleshed hay fed cattle that were running out on pasture to moderate plus coming out of a grow yard. Several strings offered in multiple loads with plenty of part loads and packages available to make loads. Falll calf consignments were full vaccinated and right off the cow. The next feeder sale is Friday, May 8, 2026.
