No caparisons on yearlings due to limited numbers. A big run of cattle for today sale with several consignments of yearlings that were offered in load lots, up to 9 loads per consignment. Several packages of tested open heifers were available as well. Yearling were light to medium flesh, mostly off grass and generally attractive for quality. An active market on the yearlings and they were met with moderate demand. Moderate to good demand for todays offering of calves, a few consignments of weaned calves, otherwise calves were right off the cow, most had been fully vaccinated and were attractive for quality. Usual crowd of order buyers competing with internet buyers made for an active market. Several strings of calves today, up to 1200 per consignment offered buyers the opportunity to put multiple loads together. There were plenty of part loads and packages available today as well. Next feeder sale is scheduled for Friday, December 5, 2025. Happy Thanksgiving.
