Last sale was three weeks ago so no price comparisons were made. Several strings of reputation yearlings off grass were met with very good demand. Todays offering of fall calves was mostly a package trade with limited numbers being offered. A good crowd of buyers competing with internet buyers made for an active market. Lots of competition for todays offering of yearlings as feeders try to fill empty pen space. Most of the cattle were light fleshed, clean and attractive for quality. Next feeder sale will be in three weeks.
