Compared to the December 12, 2024 sale: Steers 400 to 500 lbs. 15 to 20 lower, Steers 500 to 600 lbs. 5 to 7 lower, Steers 600 to 700 lbs. steady to 5 higher. Heifers 400 to 500 lbs. 5 to 10 lower, Heifers 500 to 600 lbs. steady to 5 higher, Heifers 600 to 700 lbs. steady to 5 higher. Not enough yearlings for a test. Feeder cattle under 400 lbs. not enough for a test. The order buyers had very good demand. The local feeders were not present representing the small offering of under 400 lbs. feeders. The market was active. The feeder cattle continue to carry a attractive flesh condition. The majority of the feeder cattle offering were weaned. The producers have a adequate feed supply from good summer rains. The Dickinson, ND has not had a major moisture event in many months. The next USDA reported sale at Stockmen's will be January 9, 2025
