Compared to two weeks ago. Feeder steers traded on a lower undertone. Feeder heifers 550-600lbs traded fully lower; 650-700, 750-800 & 900-950 lbs traded steady to 2.00 lower. Demand was moderate to good on todays offering of feeder steers and heifers. Feeders where in light to moderate condition. Dry conditions throughout the area making grass conditions look bleak so many replacement heifers and grass cattle being sold. Next feeder cattle sale is scheduled for May 27,2021 if drought conditions continue.
