Today was the 17th annual Montana Female Bonanza. Demand was mostly very good for todays offering. Quality was very attractive. Most females were sorted multiple times for both quality and disposition. Most AI'ed females were set to calve in very tight 3-5 day windows, with pasture bred females offering slightly longer calving periods, most less than 30 days. A big crowd was on hand with many bidders both ringside as well as over the internet and phones. Cattle sold to multiple states from all over the United States. Market activity was active.
