Compared to the last sale three weeks ago, steer calves under 700 lbs sold 10.00-20.00 higher, those over 700 lbs sold 3.00-10.00 higher. Heifers sold steady to 10.00 higher with most of the gain on the 500-650 lb weight range. Demand was good for a moderate to heavy supply following the weather break and everyone was ready to get back to doing some business. The board has been supportive as of late and with the warm weather and grass feeling much closer than a couple weeks ago, some of the highest prices of this rally were achieved for both the grazers and feeders. Slaughter cows sold 3.00-5.00 higher.
