Heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher, except for some high quality calves weighing 450-500 lbs selling sharply higher. Demand was good to very good for a moderate supply. Slaughter cows sold 4.00-7.00 lower, but still at impressive price levels, however we are now past the labor day holiday when more cows tend to start showing up in town.
