A large crowd was on hand for the December Special Cow Sale at Tina Livestock. Several complete dispersals were featured, mostly home
raised Bred Heifers and Cows from local reputation producers. The bulk of the offering consisted of Bred Heifers and P2/P3 cows from 3 to 8 years old, and a moderate offering of
cow/calf pairs. Supply and demand was moderate. Producers are still concerned about hay supplies through the winter and some were forced to sell due to the shortage.
