*CLOSE* Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves under 450 lbs sold steady to firm, while those over 450 lbs sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Unweaned offerings over 450 lbs were 6.00 to 8.00 lower. Yearlings not tested. The offering is showing the effects of below zero wind chills earlier this week. Demand moderate. The CME Cattle Complex was pressured today as sellers outnumberd buyers in the nearby contracts after a significant run up in the last couple months.
