Heifers in this sale have met minimum standards for reproductive soundness, pelvic size, frame size, muscle thickness, body condition, and weight. They have undergone a comprehensive health program, and are guaranteed bred. There are 68 A.I. bred heifers and some with known fetal sexed. All heifers are expected to calve from mid August to late November. The offering includes 19 Registered Angus and Simmental. Heifers were graded and sorted into uniform lots according to projected calving dates and body type similarity. Demand lower compared to last May and the offering moderate with lower attendance.

Supply consisted of 158 bred heifers from 15 producers, in 66 lots selling to 29 different buyers with a sale average of $1705.00 per head. There were 17 head of Tear 2-AI bred heifers, with an average sale price of $1761.00; 15 head of Tear 2 natural bred, with an average sale price of $1681.00 per head; 51 head of Tear 1-AI heifers, with an average sale price of $1706.00; 74 head of Tear 1 natural bred heifers, with an average sale price of $1703.00 per head. Supply included: 100% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Heifers).
